Understanding Unconscious Bias and Tools to Elicit Behaviour Change
This half-day workshop is designed to support professionals in understanding and overcoming unconscious bias in the workplace. The workshop is divided in 2 parts: understanding of unconscious bias and its origins followed by concrete tools to elicit behaviour change.
Section 2 focuses on the ongoing practice of self-awareness and regulation in order to overcome existing bias as well as techniques to improve overall communication and relationships.
A follow-up session with workplace leaders is recommended to support ongoing reinforcement or positive behaviours.
