What we look for in facilitators
When we do hire, we look for people who bring:
- Proven facilitation experience with professional audiences
- Deep expertise in at least one of our training topics
- Comfort delivering engaging courses virtually and in person
- A collaborative working style that aligns with PMC Training’s values
Bilingual delivery in English and French is an asset.
