Innovation: Building Innovation Capabilities

A Plan for Innovation and Tools to Get There This workshop will look at what innovation means: what it means for you and your organization, what it means for others, and what you need in place to innovate. We will look at different types of innovation. We will learn what others have already done in terms of innovation and how you can apply this to your company. We will create a plan to become innovative and learn how to overcome common innovation challenges. Innovation is combining a number of ideas, organically, collaboratively. It is exciting and a lot of hard work. Some think it is R&D – it is more than patents, new creations or ideas.
