GET TRAINING FROM PMC FOR YOUR GROUP AND SAVE 83%!

If you work in the private sector or in a non-profit organization, there has never been a better time than right now to invest in employee development.

The federal government has partnered with the provinces to offer grants for employment-related training.  If your organization is based in Ontario, you can qualify for up to $10,000 per year, per employee to help you offset most of your investment in professional development with PMC.

If your organization has less than 50 employees, its investment could be just 17% of the total cost of training.  For organizations over 50 employees, the investment is a maximum of one-third the total cost.  The government pays the rest.

Contact us today for more information.  We can draw up a training plan for teams or individual employees in your organization, and guide you through the grant process.  Call Sophie Gouédard now at 613-234-2020 ext. 21 or email sgouedard@pmctraining.com.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE

Our training specialists have delivered thousands of “off-the-shelf” and customized workshops locally, nationally and internationally for small, medium and large organizations. Our programs can serve the needs of individuals, teams and/or your entire organization.

Turnkey Hassle-Free Service: Whether you need a one-time course or want to outsoure your entire training program, we offer a complete range of services: needs analysis, assessment, training design/delivery, post-training evaluation, and more.

We also offer Organizational and Personal Coaching.

6 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD TRAIN IN-HOUSE:

Here’s why PMC’s acclaimed In-House training can substantially increase your return on investment:

  • Cost Effective: Train more employees for a lower cost per person than off-site training, and eliminate travel time and expense.
  • Improve Employee Engagement: Training signals that you are committed to the growth and development of your employees. In today’s competitive job market this is crucial to improving recruitment and retention of key employees.
  • Flexible and Convenient: In-house training is scheduled around your organization’s needs — delivered in either official language, half-day, full-day, multi-day or lunch & learn — with the topics you want.
  • Relevant: Issues unique to your organization can be raised and addressed by the group and the trainer. We can also create customized exercises and case studies to ensure your employees better apply the skills learned.
  • Consistency and Broad Impact: On-site training throughout your workgroup or organization (locally, nationally or internationally) allows for a consistency of skill sets necessary to achieve common goals.
  • Build Shared Commitment: As a group, you can increase focus and agreement on the issues that are important to your organization. This provides a crucial foundation and momentum needed to implement change.
