Microsoft OneDrive
OneDrive is where your work files live in Microsoft 365, but most people treat it as a basic storage folder and never tap into the time-savers built into it.
This hands-on half-day course shows you how to store, organize, and find your files, share them safely with the right people, and get your work back when something is deleted or overwritten. You’ll also learn a simple rule of thumb for what belongs in OneDrive versus a shared Teams or SharePoint space, so files end up where colleagues can find them.
It’s built for anyone who saves to OneDrive but has never been shown how it works. You’ll leave able to keep your files organized, shared, and recoverable, with a lot less second-guessing.
- Work confidently in OneDrive across the web, desktop, mobile, and Microsoft Teams, and keep files in sync.
- Organize and manage your files so nothing gets lost, including recovering deleted files and earlier versions
- Share and co-edit documents securely, controlling exactly who can view, edit, or download your work
- Decide what belongs in OneDrive versus a shared Teams or SharePoint space, so files land where colleagues can find them

- You’ve lost work to an accidental deletion or an overwritten version
