How Our Webinars Work
PMC Training’s free monthly webinars are short, focused learning sessions designed for busy professionals. Each session explores a timely professional development topic through a practical lens, grounded in real situations people are navigating at work, and delivered in a format that fits into your workday without disrupting it.
Here’s what happens when you register:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with the webinar link and calendar invite. On the day of the webinar, simply click the link and join from wherever you’re working. Sessions are recorded, and registrants have seven days after the webinar to access the recording whether or not they attend the live event. Our webinars are run on Zoom, which has the option to attend directly from your browser (no installation required).
The session begins with a brief introduction and then we dive into the topic. Our facilitator presents focused, practical content grounded in real workplace situations. Topics may include areas such as project management, change management, leadership, communication, productivity, and more to support Canadian professionals in their work. You’ll learn frameworks, strategies, and tools you can use immediately.
Next, you’ll hear briefly from our Impact Partner of the month, a charity or non-profit doing meaningful work in communities across Canada. They’ll share what they do and how this program helps support their mission.
And finally, we’ll hold a quick Q&A answering as many questions as we can in the remaining time.
You’ll leave with actionable takeaways for the week ahead.
