How PMC Training Vouchers Work
Here’s how it works:
- One voucher = one full day of open enrollment training for one participant.
- A two-day workshop requires two vouchers per participant.
- Vouchers may be used for any publicly scheduled, open enrollment course listed on our training calendar.
- Vouchers may be used by employees within the purchasing organization.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be valid on the course start date.
- Vouchers are available for purchase in quantities of 10 or more.

How many vouchers should I purchase?

How do participants register using a voucher?
Participants contact PMC directly to register and indicate that a voucher will be used. PMC confirms availability, applies the voucher, and sends confirmation to both the participant and the organization’s designated voucher contact.
Do vouchers guarantee a seat in a course?
No. Registrations are subject to seat availability. We recommend registering as early as possible once a course date is selected.
When do vouchers expire?
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be valid on the course start date.
What happens if someone needs to cancel?
Cancellations made 10 or more business days before the course start date return the voucher to the organization’s balance.
Cancellations made within 10 business days result in forfeiture of the voucher.
Participant substitutions are always welcome prior to the course start time, allowing another eligible employee to attend in place of the original registrant.

Can different employees use the vouchers?
Absolutely. These employee training vouchers may be used by any employee within the purchasing organization.
What happens if a course is cancelled?
If PMC Training cancels a course, the voucher used for that registration will be returned to your organization’s balance.
Can vouchers be transferred to another organization?
No. Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the organization that purchased them.
How is voucher usage tracked?
PMC maintains a centralized record of voucher usage. Remaining balances are confirmed in registration communications and available upon request.
Can I get a refund on unused vouchers?
PMC Training Vouchers are non-refundable. Organizations are encouraged to plan voucher purchases based on anticipated training needs within the 12-month validity period.
