This program explores the basic theory and practice of emotional intelligence and quickly moves on to the application of EQ to a wide range of management and leadership issues.
This course can be taken as a stand-alone program or it can build on our basic EQ program—Personal Effectiveness Through Emotional Intelligence – EQ1 (P740) and Personal Effectiveness Through Emotional Intelligence – EQ2 (P223).
Note: You will receive a “Leadership EQ Competency Framework” assessment document which is suitable for self-assessment and development and/or for soliciting feedback from others. Plus, you will receive a template for a “20-Day EQ Action Plan”.
