REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

Confirmation
Upon receipt of your registration form we will email you a confirmation notice. A reminder notice will also be sent by email two days prior to the course. Simply proceed to the course location on the morning of the workshop and you will be directed to your classroom.

Cancellation Policy
Because we must make commitments to our faculty and to providers for meeting space, food and beverages when we schedule courses, if you must cancel your registration for a course, we will charge an administrative fee as follows:

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be sent in writing (email is acceptable). They will be accepted at no charge up to two weeks (14 days) prior to course day. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to course day will be charged the full registration fee. Requests to reschedule received less than 14 days prior to course day will be charged a rescheduling fee of $75.00 plus HST. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged the full tuition fee.

Participant substitutions, submitted in writing, are accepted any time prior to the start of the course at no charge. (For courses where there is advance prep work, such as online assessments, etc., substitutions must be submitted no less than 10 business days prior to the course.)

All rescheduled registrations must be used within one year of the initial course date. However, the entire enrollment fee is due upon initial registration.

Performance Management Consultants reserves the right to substitute presenters of similar ability and expertise.

In the event that Performance Management Consultants must cancel a course, our liability is limited to the course fee only. We will not be liable for travel or lodging expenses. It is our policy to notify registrants of any cancellations as early as possible.

PMC reserves the right to change the registration fee without notice.

Workshop Times
All sessions start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. Morning and afternoon breaks with complimentary snacks and beverages are included in your tuition.

Meeting room temperatures can vary; we suggest you wear layered clothing to ensure your comfort.

Questions to trainers following a completed workshop can be directed to the trainer through Performance Management Consultants at trainers@pmctraining.com.

You will receive an attractive take-home Certificate of Attendance at the end of the program – great for framing or including in your personnel file.
