Nancy Dewar M.Ed., PCC, CSP
Nancy Dewar is a sought-after executive coach and keynote speaker who facilitates audiences internationally through her experience and warm style. She is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach, PCC and Certified mentor coach with a Master of Education and is a Certified Sales Professional, CSP. Her goal is to inspire others to the next level of greatest through leadership development and coaching.
Nancy has held several senior level positions and managed corporate coaching and learning initiatives. She specializes in leadership development, culture transformation, change management, EQ, motivation and mindfulness and has industry experience including hospitality, agency, automotive, consumer package goods, retail, and pharmaceutical. She is certified with the Learning Styles Inventory, Hogan Assessments, CCL 360, Predictive Index Assessment, and is EQi 2.0 certified.
With a high energy warm engaging style Nancy has captivated international audiences. Having worked globally facilitating in Spain, Brazil, England, Germany, Thailand, China, Mexico and the U.S. and completed her first TedTalk on Trusting to Relearn your Instincts.
She has written two books “Coaching 101- A Simplified Guide to Coaching in Business” and launched her second book called “One Wild and Precious Life” and has led several keynote addresses for corporate events.
Phil Drouin
Phil Drouin is a Financial Planner with Ryan Lamontagne Inc. Phil completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in finance and accounting at Mercyhurst University in Pennsylvania. He was also a member of the men’s NCAA Division 1 hockey team. Phil is a holder of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Phil is fluently bilingual, having completed his early education in French.
After completing his university education, Phil pursued his passion for hockey and played professionally in Europe. Following his hockey career, he worked as a Senior Financial Advisor for one of Canada’s major chartered banks. After three years with the bank, Phil made the transition to Ryan Lamontagne Inc. to specialize in financial planning, investment management, and tax planning.
Phil strongly believes that comprehensive financial planning is essential to increasing your financial wellbeing. He believes that working in a fee-for-service environment is the best way to offer impartial advice to his clients.
Robin Campbell
Robin brings a wealth of experience as a graduate of Algonquin College with diplomas in both the administrative and legal fields. She discovered a love of teaching when she was later invited to instruct within her alma matter. For the past 14 years she has worked in an office environment in Ottawa, working originally with small businesses and in the not-for-profit sector, then later accounting and actuarial companies. Most recently she has worked in the Federal Government as a security practitioner and continues to practice this specialty with direct experience and knowledge of security issues. She brings this experience in office dynamics – in person, virtual, and the newer hybrid work models – to the materials covered in courses. Robin has worked for PMC, both in Ottawa and in the high Arctic, since 2013 with emphasis on the needs of both Indigenous peoples and people in the National Capital Region. She is a competent and a charismatic instructor who brings a joy for learning to her students.
