Molly Desson
Molly possesses a wide breadth of grammar and writing knowledge gained through both academic and professional means. She completed an Honours B.A. in Classics with an emphasis on ancient language translation and gained a thorough understanding of grammar and language. She then refined these skills through a College Diploma in Professional Writing and a post-graduate certificate in Technical Writing.
In the professional realm, Molly has applied her knowledge of writing and document design to provide individualized guidance to graduate students on the business aspects of academia, assisting with refining conference and grant proposals, creating abstracts, and choosing contextually appropriate language. Additionally, she holds a Vice Chair position on the Board of Directors of a local publishing house, where she also works as a developmental editor, proofreader, and typesetter.
Monica Bolland
Monica is a Management Consultant focused on individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. With more than 25 years experience as a performance management consultant, meeting facilitator, trainer, and people manager coach, she values that organizational success depends on people – their skills and their engagement level. She helps clients connect their people, of all levels, to their organizational goals by designing creative and collaborative meetings, workshops, and training sessions focused on increasing productivity. Her experience spans many industries including financial, distribution, franchise, creative arts, and educational services.
She is also the financial manager for a management consulting firm. Monica holds an Honours Commerce degree from McMaster University. She is a Certified Effectiveness Coach.
Nathan Lockhart
Nathan Lockhart is a learning professional and certified executive coach with more than 25 years of experience. He has provided one-on-one coaching to executives on a range of topics related to leadership and communications. He has also delivered more than 750 workshops to organizations in the private and non-governmental sectors and to more than 65 federal departments, including all three central agencies.
Nathan’s knowledge spans a number of important disciplines including public policy development, negotiation, issues management, facilitation and strategic communications. He is a dynamic public speaker with a strong understanding of workplace challenges and demands facing today’s professionals.
He is a graduate of the University of Ottawa (Master of Arts in Political Science), Royal Roads University (Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching) and York University (Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development). He is a certified executive coach with the International Coach Federation.
