Brodie Church
Brodie is a passionate and versatile training professional with extensive experience working with diverse client groups, while demonstrating expertise in successfully planning, coordinating, scheduling and delivering training solutions. He is a member of the Institute for Performance and Learning, and has 10+ years of experience in the financial industry, having worked as HR Relationship Manager, Manager of Learning and Development and an instructor and facilitator. His experience as a trainer / facilitator has provided him with the opportunity to deliver to a broad range of participants, from front-line staff to senior leadership audiences. Brodie has a BA from Queens University in Kingston.
David Jones
David is a dynamic educator with extensive training, facilitation, keynote speaking and coaching experience obtained by providing consulting services for a diverse client base in North America and Europe. He is a strong experiential learning program designer who is certified in needs analysis and program evaluation methodologies. Participants in his workshops appreciate his empathy, humour, flexibility and energy. His clients report that he gets results: the sessions he designs, facilitates and manages on their behalf are positive, inspiring experiences that stimulate desired changes and outputs.
Denise Gleason-Beard
Denise has been a Certified Training Facilitator, Master Trainer and Leadership Coach for the past 20 years. With a hospitality background in Human Resources, Recruitment and Training, she has rolled out a number of brand, corporate, certification, train the trainer, and customer service training initiatives at hotels across Canada. Since leaving the hospitality industry 13+ years ago, Denise has been designing, developing, facilitating and coaching over 45 soft skill (personal/professional development, communications/behaviour, leadership/management/administrative and customer service) courses to the private (corporate/hospitality) and public sectors across Canada. Her educational background includes Bachelor of Arts, English, at St. Mary’s University (Halifax NS), Teachers and Trainers of Adults, Algonquin College (Ottawa ON), and Facilitation Certifications.
