The DiSC personality assessment is a multi-purpose learning instrument that helps you assess to what degree you use each dimension of behaviour in any given situation. DiSC is a very simple and memorable model, made up of four basic personality types organized into four quadrants—each identified by a primary personality trait (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness).In advance of the training session, you will complete an online DiSC personality assessment that takes approximately 15 minutes. During the course, you’ll review your individual DiSC profile and explore your personality by looking at strengths, areas of development, and preferences in a variety of work situations. You’ll also learn how people with your personality style typically interact with other personality styles and how to effectively adapt for each style.This workshop also includes activities that allow participants to explore their personalities “in action”. These activities heighten awareness of individual communication and problem-solving preferences and provide insight into how to deepen team connections back in the workplace.This is a one-day workshop in Ottawa.Space is still available for all course dates listed, unless otherwise noted.
