This workshop teaches managers, supervisors and business consultants to use a systematic approach to define a performance gap, set reasonable goals, identify the underlying causes of the problem, select the needed solution(s), implement the desired changes, and measure the results.
This course will provide you with models, tools and hands on practice to drive your organization’s performance and success.
