Working remotely can have unique challenges with regards to motivation. The distractions at home and the physical distance from our organization can cause our personal motivation to suffer. This session will discuss the merits of intrinsic motivation and highlight the importance of setting personally rewarding goals that will keep you on track. Identifying and utilizing our strengths, while removing our obstacles can help us stay motivated and connected to our work.
