Inbox Zero is an effective and highly customizable method of triaging so you can regain control of your email! Whether or not you decide to keep all your email in your inbox or use your inbox as your to do list, you’ll be able to apply the principles of Inbox Zero in a way that works for you. You can use Inbox Zero regardless of your organizational style, the volume of email you send and receive, or your role within your organization.
In this half-day, virtual workshop, you will explore the practical application of Inbox Zero and along the way, discover some powerful features that Outlook has to offer. You will learn how to get more out of Outlook, whether or not you choose to embrace the Inbox Zero methodology after the course. While it’s true that Inbox Zero is not for everyone – especially if you work primarily from a mobile device – anyone who wants to master Outlook will benefit from this training. The concepts and principles taught are flexible and can be applied to many different methods of managing email.
